After dedicating 24 years to Gabriel's restaurant, our perspective shifted when we welcomed Dakota, a beloved golden retriever, into our lives. Witnessing Dakotas growth ignited a desire for more family time, prompting us to explore new opportunities.

Recognizing the need for a change, we decided to embark on a new journey with ‘Dakota's Gourmet Catering’. This transition reflects our commitment to prioritizing family moments and serving you and your cherished guests with personalized care, where memories are truly cherished.

Bill's culinary journey began at Humber College in 1990. He honed his skills in Naples, Florida, working at The Ritz Carlton and Annabelle's as a sous chef. Returning to Canada in 1994, Bill became head chef at Terrazzo restaurant. In 1996, alongside his wife Tracy, he opened Gabriel's, a family-centric establishment. With 27 years of ownership, Bill fostered a deep love for cooking and family bonds. This passion led to the creation of ‘Dakota's Gourmet at Home offering a more personal and individualized dining experience.
