Delivery

Deliveries are made within a 30-minute window time. Delivery rates and minimum food orders differ throughout the GTA and surrounding areas. Please inquire about your delivery rates and minimum food orders.


Delivery rates range from $40-$75

Delivery minimums start at $400 food spend

Policies

We appreciate your order as far in advance as possible. We require that you provide a minimum of 72 hours notice when placing orders for delivery. We require all small catering orders (under $1000) be confirmed a minimum of three business days prior to your delivery and all large catering orders ($1000 or more) be confirmed a minimum of five business days prior to your delivery.

Cancellation

Drop off orders $1000 or less, may be cancelled with no charges up to seven full business days prior to the event. Cancellation of your order made less than five full business days prior to the event will be charged 50% of the contract. Cancellation of services made less than three full business days of the event will be charged 100% of the contract.

Date change policy

For orders $1000 or less, the event date can be changed at no cost if made five business days

prior to the event date. For orders greater than $1000 the event date can be changed at no cost if made 45 days prior to the event date. No date change can exceed 90 days from the original event date.

Event orders greater than $1000

This policy is valid for event orders valued more than $1000. Client understands that upon entering the service contract, the caterer is committing time and resources to this event, and thus cancellation would result in lost income and lost business opportunities in an amount. Difficult to precisely calculate. Therefore, the following cancellation limitations will apply; if a client request cancellation of this contract, 90 days or more prior to the event date, the client shall receive a full refund. If a client request cancellation, 45 to 89 days prior to the event date, 25% of the contract total will be owed to caterer. If a client requests cancellation 31 to 44 days prior to the event date, 50% of the contract total will be owed to the caterer. Within 30 days of the event date caterer shall be entitled to 100% of the contract total.
